I find myself in the company of a content and confident Nercivan, which is entirely understandable. In a year marked by volatility in the consultancy market, Sigma Connectivity Engineering has been successful with a significant 12% growth! The team has been working hard and attracting new talent, welcoming 14 exceptionally skilled engineers to the team. It is pretty clear from our conversation that this year will be labelled a year of transformation for the team.

Naturally, this marks a significant shift for the organization, which, for the past eight years, primarily provided on-site consultancy and positioned itself as a market leader in southern Sweden.
