New CEO promises a continued strong focus on innovation, growth and employees.

Sigma Connectivity continues to optimize its organization. The next step is for Nercivan Mahmudovska, starting on December 1, to take over the role as CEO of Sigma Connectivity Engineering. Nercivan succeeds Rafael Litwicki, who until now has held dual CEO roles but will now devote all his time and focus to Sigma Connectivity ApS and the Danish market.

Nercivan has a master in electrical engineering with a solid background and extensive experience in the industry. She has been part of Sigma Connectivity Engineering for almost four years, serving as deputy CEO and COO for the past three. Before that, she held several managerial roles in R&D and software development at Sony/Sony Ericsson.

“I am convinced that Nercivan will lead Sigma Connectivity Engineering to new successes. Her experience and commitment will be crucial to continue the fantastic journey we have undertaken over the past six years,” says Björn Lundqvist, CEO of Sigma Connectivity Group.

Nercivan emphasizes that Sigma Connectivity Engineering has a clear position in consultancy. Their deep expertise in embedded IoT software and the ability to support customers with hardware and lab competence from their tech house make them an obvious partner for both local and global clients.

“We believe in close and long-term partnerships with our customers. By developing our existing relationships and building on them as well as on new collaborations, we’ll create strong commitments. Our team is quick, committed, and easy to collaborate with, and we look forward to exciting new assignments,” says Nercivan Mahmudovska.

“I would also like to continue the effort to be a workplace where engineers and experts are in focus. And that we have a culture where there is always an open atmosphere and where our successes are celebrated,” says Nercivan Mahmudovska.
